Whiskey braised beef cheeks 🥩 I’ll start out by saying if you haven’t had beef cheeks, you’re missing out! . Got these cheeks from @porterroad and not only are they super high quality, they come trimmed which is nice 👌🏾 Hit em with @the_w_sauce before making sure the flavor was packin never lackin with my rub “bbfg” with @gustusvitae (if you haven’t tried it, but it now and thank me later). I cooked in on the @pitbarrel over @jealousdevilcharcoal and cherry wood chunks for an hour and a half before wrapping them with @goldbarwhiskey and beef broth. The end result was beef butter 🧈 that was packed with flavor and made for some killer tacos 🌮 .
