CHICAGO! @andersonsbookshop in Downers Grove, tonight at 7 p.m.! The SEOULMATES celebration continues! I’m going to try not to get emo, but this event with @susanleewrites and @gloriacchao?? I will either weep uncontrollably or die laughing (maybe both), because these two humans are SO lovely and funny and supportive and I can’t believe we get to be in the same room together? I’ve loved every one of Gloria’s books more than the last — we’ve been on this journey together for six years, ever since our debuts sold to the same editor within a few weeks of each other (and released a month apart), and I barged into Gloria’s DMs with a bunch of exclamation points. And Anderson’s is a bookstore I’ve wanted to visit for ages — just feeling very lucky and grateful right now. 💙 Hope to see you tonight!
