20 years ago ⬅️ Today 🍎🌇 I remember this day so clearly. I was supposed to fly to LA that afternoon. I remember watching the news and seeing the 2nd plane hit and immediately feeling this wasn’t a mistake. This was terrorism. This was horrific. This wasn’t something that happens in the greatest city on earth. I remember having to evacuate my apartment and walking north with other NYers in disbelief of what just occurred. I remember the sadness. The shock. The smell. The desolation. But I also remember the comradery and resilience of us New Yorkers!
