Ingredients: 1.5 oz. @aviationgin 0.5 oz. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur 1 Clementine worth of juice and zest 3 Rosemary Sprigs @bettybuzz Tonic Water Instructions: Add ice cubes, gin, bergamot liqueur, rosemary sprigs, clementine zest & juice to a shaker. Shake vigorously to let the aromas properly infuse your drink. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water and garnish your drink with a clementine wheel and a rosemary sprig.
