This moment was a conversation between who I think I am and the person I want to be. This trip to LA was both revealing and healing. I have been going through a time of great growth while dealing with a lot of mental anguish. Pushing through and focusing on all the good isn’t always what’s best. You have to release and let go of the pain by admitting it first. I ended up teaching a week after God forced me to expel the pain and the energy of the class refilled me with joy.
