If you’re dieting and hungry, the goal should be to eat as much food as you can while still being in your caloric deficit.
Stop snacking on foods that don’t give you a lot of volume per calorie, as by the time you’re finished eating them, the only thing it actually did was make you crave more of it.
Instead, replace those high calorie foods with foods that are low calorie high volume/high nutrition.
