APPLE CRANBERRY FIZZ 🍎 ・11⁄2 oz Empress 1908 Gin ・1 oz Apple Cider ・1 oz Cranberry Cocktail ・3⁄4 oz Lemon Juice ・1 oz Egg White or Aquafaba ・1⁄2 oz Cinnamon Syrup ・Soda Water (to top) ・Apple Slices (to garnish) METHOD: Dry shake apple, cranberry, lemon juice, gin, egg whites and cinnamon syrup vigorously for 15 seconds until it bubbles. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for another 20-30 seconds until well-chilled. Double-strain the drink into a glass and top it with club soda water. Garnish with apples.
