A Movement is Medicine Update...
Literally cried for the last 2 hours about this after seeing it all in writing on my website.
I created this method through my own experiences with trauma, the mind and the body. I’ve looked at what made sense and what didn’t. I dived into ancient practices and teachings from across the world, as well as neuroscience and quantum physics cos they’re all saying the same thing anyway.
I looked at energy medicine, nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, trauma informed psychotherapy, body work, breath work, frequencies, music and sound, vibration, touch, sensuality and sensory activation, ecstatic dance, tantra, Taoism, Qi Gong... the list is honestly endless for what I’ve tried and applied to this work - I looked at what made the most sense and created the most connection. And it WORKS. It works so well. And I’m so proud. And now I’m backed by science. 🥲
This is and always has been about bridging the gap in MANY ways because once we bridge the gap we bridge consciousness.
