I decided about a week ago that we needed to sell 1000 bars of soap in September (a 900% increase from typical monthly sales) so that we would not be crushed by our debt as we simultaneously decided to take September off from hosting cabin rentals, classes etc on the farm (our tiny farm staff is overworked and needs a break.)
