I can honestly say there aren’t many things I love more than farm animals. Correction, not just farm animals, any animals. When we took a weekend trip down to visit the wineries down in Temecula Ca we had a bit of a hiccup in our plan that ended up being a huge positive. We had an Airbnb booked and ready to go to after shooting at one of the wineries and at the very last minute the owner decided to cancel on us leaving us with no where to go. We quickly reached out to, Natalie, the absolutely lovely host of “The Pony Glamping Experience” and booked the stay immediately. I have always dreamed of waking up to my own farm filled with animals, especially a mini pony right outside my front door and this Airbnb gives you just that! Natalie and her husband renovated her old horse trailer to be the cutest little place to comfortably rest your head for the night. In the morning you wake up to the sound of the roosters alerting you that the sun has risen again and the day is ready to begin. We cut up the fruit that the hosts left for us in the trailer and fed it to the sweet little babies that we shared the back half of the farm with. Two lovely bottle fed sheep, our mini pony who was named “my boyfriend” and two old hogs that came right out of their sleeping quarters when we called. I left this lovely farm with new memories, new furry friends (my favorite being Dolly, the most loving guard dog on the planet), and a renewed appreciation for the farm life. If you love this lifestyle this Airbnb is the perfect spot for you and the hosts could not be more fantastic! 15 out of 10 recommend and will go again!
