It’s not nearly as weird as it sounds though, because we’re turning a rich and decadent stout into an incredibly flavorful syrup to sweeten and balance our Old Fashioned. Bonus points if your base spirit has been finished in stout barrel casks like mine 🤙 020. Chocolate Stout Old Fashioned — 2 oz American Single Malt 1⁄4 oz Chocolate Stout Syrup 4-5 dashes Orange bitters Orange peel Combine ingredients and stir with ice.
