Can you believe it? We’re turning 6️⃣ in a few weeks! We’re celebrating with our latest anniversary beer: Week 312 Cold IPA 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶 What the heck is a Cold IPA? We’re so glad you asked! It’s a new style that really plays to our strengths as brewers: a lean, mean and clean hop machine. We start with a stripped down malt profile and absolutely load it up with our Southern Hemisphere faves: Galaxy, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret. Then we ferment it with lager yeast to allow those hops to shine very very brightly. We think this style really does take IPA into new territory and we’re super stoked on this one. Pretty sure you will be too. You can get it directly from us starting at 2pm today and it will be out across the northeast in August.
