6 month (slightly emo) job lay off update embracing rediscovery, learning to live with intention, and relearning what creativity means💌 after having a sense of “structure” and “stability” from a corporate job, getting thrown back out into the world to bet on myself has been the biggest blessing, privilege, and pretty scary endeavor I’ve embarked on it’s been truly a privilege to have this opportunity to pour into myself and make a living out of all my creative skills - but now having autonomy over my next move without the golden handcuffs of a corporate job, it’s kind of terrifying??? my confidence and belief in self is being tested now more than ever. All of this, working for yourself, existing in this silly Internet space, is really a huge mind game. Nothing is real, but everything is. Learning everyday, figuring out how to express myself, and ultimately rediscovering what creativity means to me. I feel like I’m starting over in my internal world, and ultimately I’m just excited to share every day with you all as always #laidoff
