Glutes were shaking walking out of today’s workout 🔥 One of my goals has been to grow my glutes and quads. So I set up practical steps: increase carbs, aim for heavier lifts with smaller rep ranges, & throw in one more leg day each week. Today’s workout was definitely one more step toward my goal!
