Aged sharp white cheddar & rosemary gratin!
Cheesy beautiful layered potato’s were the perfect choice In showcasing Washington dairy! I’ve teamed up with @wadairyfarmers to show you guys how our beautiful state produces cream and cheese and butter that tastes incredible. I can honestly say we produce some of the tastiest dairy I’ve had anywhere! I was a part of the #washingtonag tour at the end of October. We were fortunate enough to spend time with producers and farmers and ranchers so that we could showcase how our food gets to our homes. So much hard work and care go into providing our state with real food. As a cook it’s so important for me to see and know just where our food comes from. Together along with @wabeeflove @wa_state_wine & @wapotatoes we toured and asked questions and shared with YOU guys!
The first night we enjoyed a version of these potato’s at @brownefamilyvineyards and I was HOOKED! I had to develop a recipe that replicated what we enjoyed. I know that cheesy potato’s are showing up at many of your gatherings so I sincerely hope you try these!!!
P.s. big thank you to @jk_dairy_ their milk heads to @darigoldnw to become my very favorite cream butter and cheese!!! And the sharp cheddar I used is #cougargold if you know… you know:)
