No I didn’t just have sweets for my birthday! 😂⠀ What your favorite meal you’ve had for your birthday? This beauty was by far one of my favorite HOMEMADE meals so far! 🍖This came out so perfectly cooked and tender. If you eat fully cooked meat you can SWIPE 👆🏻for the dessert portion! 🤣⠀ ⠀ My last name is Lam for a reason! <3 ⠀ If you need some tips and trick to rack up some points to impress that special someone on Valentine’s Day or just to treat yourself, lamb-me help you! :) ⠀ Biggest tip is if you don’t like the gamey taste in lamb, you gotta start with the wine marinating overnight. You can use any cooking/ red wine, but for this one we used some of our left over @chateaupavieofficiel from New Years. Then continue with your favorite grill/roast recipe! When you let it rest, gently cover it in foil til you serve, and omg you’ll be in HEAVEN! *CHEF’S KISS*👩🏻‍🍳😘👌🏼
