Did you know about this??? It’s said that passive cooking pasta can reduce the CO2 emissions by 80% with a good saving in energy/gas! 💰 . This is definitely worth to look into if you cook pasta often 🍝🤌 If your packet says 10 minutes, boil for 2 and rest for 10. . That being said, the pasta doesn’t have the same texture as the traditional cooking method, it’s a bit more chewy in&out and it miss that bite in the middle. Nevertheless, if it is a good quality pasta it will still taste great and hold a decent texture, if it is a not so great pasta I am afraid the end result will be mushy 😱😱 . At the end of the day I preach always the same thing, buy a quality product and you will have a good result 🙌 .
