Today marks the first day of my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and honestly? I have all the feelings-excited, nervous, intimidated.. Yoga has been my safe space for the past 3 years, and somewhere along the way, the idea of deepening my practice started to feel... just right. I have no idea where this journey will take me, but I know it's going to change me.
