I really want my body to work: I’ve had both MCL and ACL tears and two ankle surgeries in the last 6 years. These and other aging joints issues kept me from skateboarding as much as I had for the first 30 years of my life. I needed to find a way to put the same energy into something else both to keep me from going craze and also to rehabilitate my body so I could try and tre flip again. Most of the stuff I do / teach / talk about is for overall mobility and strength...but it’s fun to apply the work into little maneuvers that look cool and get high fives at the park too. I haven’t really shared this part of my life before but I have a concussion from a cycling spill last weekend and I’m thinking a little different so here we go with some calisthenics, part 1...
