GF 4 ingredient Bagels!!!!🥯🥯🥯 Ok so I’ve been seeing these all over TikTok and they are amazing! I switched for gf flour (I love @bobredmill) and topped with the Everything bagel seasoning from @mingleseasoning which is so good! Honestly can’t believe how good these turned out, I think I’m going to start making them weekly!🙌🏼 Ingredients 1 cup gf all purpose flour (or you can sub regular flour) 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 cup coconut yoghurt (I used a Greek style one) Directions Pre heat oven to 180C. Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Add in the coyo, I like to start mixing it with a spatula and then end up using my hands. The dough should be slightly sticky, if it’s too sticky add a touch more flour (I added about 1tbsp more), but you don’t want it too dry otherwise it cracks a lot. Sprinkle a little flour over a chopping board/clean surface. Shape it into and ball, and divide it into 4 equal amounts. Roll the dough long then begin shaping it into a bagel shape, pinch the dough to seal the 2 ends. Add to a line baking tray. Brush with some almond milk and sprinkle over the Everything Bagel seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes.
