The Richmond wine community is very tight. And Emily is part of the glue that holds it together. RichWine is fortunate to be part of the RVA wine community, and in doing so, it has also allowed us to have a platform to have a voice within it. If you know Emily, then you know that Emily is an absolute ray of light and an absolute cuddly badass. Emily has done fantastic work for RichWine. Emily has been a cheerleader, a supporter, and even more a friend. Emily has even come on board the last couple of months to help us with some engineering aspects of our website. Lance started his journey with Emily after many travels to @midland.wine and @earlymountain together as they learned the intricacies of working in the vineyards and cellar together. Emily unfortunately recently had a severe climbing accident, and we don’t know how this will all shake out. BUT we do know Emily is strong, courageous, “Unfined & Unfiltered,” and is a vino lover at heart. It is our place as a part of this RVA wine community to bring light to situations and to give a hand to people that need it. We are here to be a stepping stone and platform for new and seasoned vets in the RVA wine community. Our dear friend Megan Hollands and @inwine have set up tiers of ways to help support Emily as they get better. If you have a chance, take the time to support Emily.
