Lekka Burger's signature patty is soy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free. 🍍 @Pinatex maker Ananas Anam, founded by Dr. Carmen Hijosa, has announced a collaboration with auto tech leader FORVIA, in which vehicle interiors will be made using materials crafted from waste pineapple leaf fibres. Ananas Anam has previously stated their aim is to build "a new plant-based ecosystem". 🍤 @EatMindBlown, co-founded by Monica Talbert, has announced deals with foodservice and seafood distribution giants Sysco and US Foods. The Plant Based Seafood Co.'s Mind Blown products are also available at Sprouts Farmers Market stores across the US.
