A strong core is important for a number of things:
Posture
Stability during exercise (reduced risk of injury)
Core control when practicing your posing
Improve stamina for posing (๐ฅต)
Iโve noticed significant improvements in my ability to maintain a tight core with practicing posing and stabilize during exercise!
After training/cardio, I do 1 round of each.
10 reps on each side for unilateral movements.
Plank for 60 seconds. โฑ
CUES:
1. Avoid arching your thoracic (upper) and lumbar (lower) spine.
2. DONโT โ suck in. This is a common misconception associated with โtighteningโ your core.
3. Fast Reps =ฬธ Quality Reps. Slow down. Take your time. Focus on establishing a mind muscle connection. ๐ง ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ
