And just as perfect timing goes, the beautiful Tania from Team Commodity reached out as they have just recently launched here in Australia and has given me the perfect opportunity to try out one of their Exploration Kits to find my perfect scent. Embodying the concept of ‘less is more’, The Personal Collection consists of lighter renditions of their ‘Expressive’ counterparts. These scents are ideal for someone like me who prefers something subtle that only I and a few I keep close can notice. The Personal Discovery Kit* comes with 6x 2ml spray samples of every Personal Fragrance: Book, Gold, Velvet, Moss, Paper and Milk 💫 as well a booklet to guide you through your discovery and really learn about each fragrance and its ingredients and tones. So after a few trials, I’d narrowed down my faves to 2: Gold & Moss. 〰️ Gold is a delicate Vanilla-based fragrance that gently kisses the skin and hangs around as a soft, barely-there touch. Leaving a trail of alluring sensuality. 〰️ Whilst Moss has a light citrus aroma that resembles walking through the woods and taking in the fresh air of nature. It reminds me of a fresh Summer scent. But out of the 2, I definitely think the winner for me is Gold as a vanilla-based fragrance in general is constantly what I reach for, but Moss comes in as a very close second not that far behind!
