Talk about a delicious breakfast. Sausage stuffed pancakes. Shoutout to @resting_pitface_bbq for the idea. Start with 1lb of breakfast sausage, roll it up into golf ball sized meatballs. Smash these down on the griddle over medium/high heat and season with my Maple Bourbon rub. Cook them through and remove. Next go in with your pancake batter, add the sausage and more batter on top.
