How to open wine like a pro! As a Sommelier, I was trained to proper wine service and want to share with you what I’ve learned. This is fun if you’d like to make your next get together or dinner party a little more fun, sophisticated and fancy. Wine Opening Tips: -Always have the label facing forward and while pouring, always have the label facing your guest -Use a wine key as your wine opener. Other wine openers will not work. -Never the foil on the very top of the bottle. It’s dangerous. You can potentially get little specs or shards of foil into your wine. -Cut the foil where the neck meets the closure. #wine #food #fun
