Our nursing profession is riddled with bullying, cattiness, and so much negativity. I’m sure at some point in each of our careers, we have all heard something similar to this. I want you to take this time to remember that nobody can ever limit where you are going in life, do not look for validation in other people, whether they are your colleague or your director. You must know and own your potential, and always keep it moving.
