The start of the new year gives us the opportunity to prioritize what we want to incorporate in our daily routines. For me, it’s continuing to incorporate mental health care and mindfulness activities into my overall health goals. Getting sleep, setting boundaries and speaking regularly to my therapist–or even talking about things going on in my life–are things I do to stay healthy.
