It’s been one year since I stage dove & fractured 3 vertebra 2 ribs ,broke my clavicle , on top of a brain injury. Since then I’ve made a lot of positive changes in my life and can honestly say this period of introspective chaos has made me realize the person I was isn’t the person I want to be. I really hope everyone is taking care of themselves and not descending in to a mental cave. Go get some fresh air and pet an animal.
