Cinnamon lovers unite 🫶 these are vegan, paleo, ~moist~, & we inhaled the whole batch soooo 🙈 * 1 1/2 cups almond flour * 1/3 cup coconut flour * 2 tbsp ground flax mixed with 5 tbsp water (or sub 2 real eggs) * 1/2 cup coconut sugar * 2 tbsp maple syrup * 1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt * 1/4 cup almond butter * 1/4 cup applesauce (can use more nut butter) * 1/4 cup avocado oil or melted coconut oil (can sub ghee, vegan butter, etc) * 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon * 1/2 tsp baking soda Frosting •1 cup monk fruit powdered sugar (or regular. I use @lakanto) •Milk, as needed 1/2 tsp vanilla Mix together the flax & water & let sit to thicken, 5-10 mins. Then stir in the wet ingredients. Then stir in the dry. Spread into an 8x8 baking dish & bake at 325f for 20-25 mins or until firm to touch in the center. Let cool completely. Mix together the icing ingredients & either frost or drizzle over the bars.
