I'm trying to get better at making time in between paid shoots to shoot just because. It allows me the freedom to experiment creatively without many expectations. I can just enjoy the moment of trying things to see what happens. This was one of those times. I actually thought I was failing miserably and in the moment, I wasn't happy with the photos. I was striving for perfection but I had to remind myself that wasn't the point. The goal was to try new things, push myself and have fun with cool people. Simple. I now think these photos are pretty damn good! (the mind of a creative person can be weird like that lol) Sharing this for anyone that's in their own head.
