We are stepping up the level of these moves with a 10 lb plate! If you don’t have a plate, no worries, you can also do all these exercises without weight as well.
👉🏽 Abs definitely are ‘made in the kitchen’ (aka, if you eat like crap, these exercises won’t give you a 6-pack), however, they will help to strengthen your core overall!
Here’s the breakdown:
Perform each exercise for 30 secs (40 secs if you want a challenge). Rest 10 seconds between each one. 3 rounds total!
