Masala Chick Peas & Tadke Wali pasta !!! #boom. It’s the #bomb I use 2 cups of cooked #uschickpeas & 1 cup pasta !! The water from the cooking is used in the sauce. Absolutely nutritious and the best low carb and high vegetarian protein diet ! Use a #vegan #cheese like I have used a vegan #parmesan Chickpeas are what’s known as a complete protein because they contain all nine essential amino acids, which are building blocks that help our bodies function properly. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds , sliced garlic , ginger , slit green chillies and chilli flakes along with some basil leaves .
Add some chopped onions , sliced bell peppers to the pan. Add the chilli powder , pinch turmeric, cumin and coriander powder . Add the black olives and cherry tomatoes with 1 cup tomato purée.
Add the cooked US CHICK PEAS & the cooked pasta of your choice. Toss well
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar; garnish with chopped fresh coriander and basil leaves. Grate some vegan Parmesan cheese over. Enjoy !!! #superfood #vegan #veganrecipes #veg #vegetarian #vegetarian #indianfood #superfoods
