You would have been 6 today. Eden Jane. You were so beautiful and I know you would be capturing our hearts today just like you did the day we met you. You and Kennedy would be best friends, probably celebrating with joint birthday parties being born just one week apart. I would be fighting an endless battle of making sure to be your favorite aunt, and I just know you’d be fearlessly and tenderly leading your older brother, little brother and youngest sister. Probably teaching us just as much here on earth as you’ve been teaching us up there in heaven. I wish I knew who you were today, I wish we all, especially Kennedy, and mostly your parents and siblings got to have an earthly relationship with you. You are missed, but certainly never forgotten. You changed my life and gave me a perspective that I feel blessed to have, and would have never had otherwise. Happy 6th birthday, Eden. Tears are being shed for you today by many people who desperately wish you were with us. I can’t wait to see you again.
