“How do you do RDL’s for 3 minutes w 315?” One at a time, boys. This was after 3 minutes of GHD Pendlay rows (which honestly is the most challenging by far), then 3 minutes DB curl and press. Then wrapped w some Log Clean and Press. Great session. One week left, boys. Keep working hard. It’s good for you.
