100% recommend digital detoxing! 😌 This past weekend, I stayed at the new @reset.hotel in Joshua Tree and it was the perfect place to unplug. No phones, no emails, no work. The biggest takeaway? Learning to be more present and realizing it’s ok not to be digitally stimulated all the time.
