Primary bath in Homage green: this is one of the few tweaks to my grandfathers original floor plan. We took the sink vanity out of the petite main bathroom and created an in bedroom double vanity that took the place of a closet! “I took extra care to make the vanity feel original to the architecture by creating a high picture rail that runs around the room and across the top of the vanity. I then added grasscloth to everything below it, including the vanity alcove.” I was quite nervous that it would feel too hotel like, but it ended up being a nice feature and is highly functional with two little kids running around the house.
