@maybelline has partnered with my agency @wespeakmodels for a celebration of people with disabilities! this project focuses on WeSpeak's mission to bring more diversity and representation into the fashion industry. i truly love my agency and getting to work with Maybelline again was a lot of fun! i have Type-1 diabetes, which means my pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin to break down sugars into energy. i have to rely on external insulin to survive. i'm constantly fatigued and must be constantly dilligent to make sure my blood sugar levels are in range. i'm proud to represent my disibility through my modeling and to show others that there's no shame in wearing medical devices! follow @maybelline and @wespeakmodels for more to come from this collab!! - #disabilitypride #disabledmodel #wespeakmodels #maybelline #nycmodel #queermodel #trans #t1d #typeonediabetes
