Ready, steady, toast-and-grind and here we go! Where to start with @mark_diacono’s latest BEAUTY?! I don’t know if it’s Mark’s turns-of-phrase I like more or his curiosity, enthusiasm or wry humour? Or his introducing me to spices I’ve never used (and in some cases never heard of) or the recipes (upon recipes) I want to try out. It’s a mark of Mark’s generosity and spirit that so many incredible chefs and food writers have contributed their own recipes to the book which sit alongside those of mark’s.
