Let's take a tour of Viejo San Juan, or Old San Juan, like a local. Here are three small businesses making this neighborhood in Puerto Rico's capital city thrive... First up is @munsthebrand, a fashion store in Calle de la Luna owned by two sisters, Bianca and Paola Muns. It offers jewelry and clothing made locally with sustainable fabrics. Next, pick up a camera or drop off a used roll for digitization at @bocadelobofilmlab, a shop dedicated to analog photography. Its pop-art decor brings a modern flair to old-school 35mm cameras. And although natural wine is pretty new to San Juan, @elvinocrudo in Calle de la Fortaleza imports and sells a wide selection. The bar is lined with pale-yellow tiles and enclosed with a glass ceiling; it's the perfect scene for trying wines by the glass with some local bread and cheese. Make sure to also visit @spiga_vsj, @filtradopr, @piopio_787, @elbateytavern and @bodegachicpr. More gems on the link in our bio.
