Born out of the second lockdown in 2020, Bottle is a passion project of founders Rebecca, Paul & Steve. As their existing hospitality businesses went dormant around them in the pandemic, they jumped at the opportunity to launch an independent wine and beer shop in Highgate, North London. When the world reopened, the need to pivot the business became apparent in order to stay relevant to the new (well, original) climate. Bottle 2.0 launched in May 2022 and is a licensed coffee, wine and beer shop with a day to night offering. ⁠ ⁠ To make things even sweeter for locals, they're doing Monday free coffee runs from 7:30-12pm for September as a back to school initiative.
