CROSTINI 3 WAYS 🍐🥒🍯
It’s entertaining season, so here are three quick, easy and delicious crostini recipes using the
@rozas.gourmet dips.
- Artichoke & Garlic
- Blue Cheese & Roasted Macadamia Beetroot
- Walnut & Pomegranate
Method:
To make crostini: Slice a baguette into very thin slices. Lay them in one layer on a baking tray and spread with extra virgin olive oil or use a pastry brush to brush the crostini pieces with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 15 minutes or until lightly coloured.
Artichoke & Garlic Dip:
Spread crostini with the @rozas.gourmet artichoke and garlic dip. Top with some prosciutto, then some Manchego slices and follow with a halved cornichon. Sprinkle with some sea salt & cracked black pepper.
Beetroot, Walnut & Pomegranate Dip:
Spread crostini with the @rozasgourmet beetroot, walnut & pomegranate dip. Top with some thin cucumber slices, then some goat’s cheese, a mint leaf and some pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with some sea salt & cracked black pepper.
Blue Cheese & Roasted Macadamia Dip:
Spread crostini with the @rozas.gourmet blue cheese & roasted macadamia dip. Top with some thin slices of pear, some chopped macadamia nuts and a drizzle of honey. Sprinkle with some sea salt & cracked black pepper.
