Both growing up in Malaysia, the Lunar New Year has been a special time for us, dressing up in new outfits, getting hair dyed in red, symbolizes new start. Oh yes, also a form of escapism that dressing up provides, for me at least. “Tell me about China, tell me you know more than me, tell me something different, tell me that I want it simple but powerful.” that’s your brief.
