Roadtrip from Launceston to Burnie in pics 🌞 On our way we stopped in few spots and the first one was Devonport. This place was actually recommended to us by a local and it was supposed to be a good one. Well, it did have a nice shoreline and we did see some wallabies while having a picnic but the city itself did not seem as interesting. But our second stop was a cute small town called Penguin which had successfully branded itself around penguins. Every store, ad, playgrounds and even trash bins were full of 🐧 faces. And luckily we did see some real penguins as well in Burnie! There’s an observation centre close to the beach where you can go watch penguins in the evenings. They usually come out from water after sunsets. Our accommodation was the creepiest motel so far but we did enjoy our amazing dinner in our beds.
