I came in with a clear goal 24 months ago and that goal has been achieved. (I can’t wait to share this with everyone in the near future). But in turn I’ve decided to step down as CEO and explore opportunities within Private Equity. Despite all the mistakes, self doubt and loss of hair, the biggest thing I learnt was resilience. So my mindset now shifts to a different career path and completely new challenge, I'm ready. Thanks to my team at @firstever , friends and everyone who supported me throughout.
