I like them halfway between “clean” and dirty, perfectly chilled and extra olives 😋 Bar Hemingway in Paris does one with the olive brine frozen into an ice cube, so it gets dirtier as it melts, and I’m waiting for someone in NYC to put it on the menu bc wow
