Domaine Berthet-Bondet, Balanoz, AOC Côte du Jura 2014, Organic 🌿 Citrus and fresh Apple, with a touch of brioche. On the palate it is mineral and salty with nice hight acidity. Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot, Les Bruyères, Arbois 2015 Biodynamic 🌙 Bright Yellow ! The nose reveals a nice smoky and spicy notes (Vanilla, Cimnamon, white pepper).
