I remember when I shared this creation, I was a little scared. I spent so much time working on it and it felt so personal to me that I was scared of the reaction. The weeks I spent editing, almost a full year of planning. I remember watching thinking how beautiful I thought it was, but I wasn’t sure the world would feel that way. Or that people would appreciate it the same as my first project The Arrow. I felt pressure to live up to the same success as my first film project. But even Arrow received so much hate, so I was bracing for that as well - especially since we were touching on the sensitive subject of religion. When it was finally released May 1st, the reaction was overwhelmingly heartfelt, warm and moving. I think the whole production team was very touched by the response. For me personally, it was the amount of messages I received about the ‘healing’ nature of the film, that moved me the most. And once again, I was so moved by the power a simple video can create. The message that you can share with the world if done correctly, and the impact a project like this can have. Which of course I could not have done without such a wonderful and talented team behind the scenes.
