Still dreaming of this EGGcelent breakfast 🥚🍳 I was invited to “Dine with Eggs” at @barkoukla Everything was absolutely delicious but the two dishes that really stood out to us were: Spanakopita Florentine, the egg was cooked to perfection and the phyllo pastry was such a nice touch. It was such a creative take on eggs florentine! I don’t think I can go back to Eggs Florentine on an English muffin now 😅 Baklava Pancakes, the pancakes themselves were so fluffy and light. They were topped with yogurt, blueberries, my two favourite nuts: walnuts and pistachios and the star of the show: baklava syrup! The whole experience was amazing, each dish had a little twist to it but they all used the key ingredient: 🥚 The other to dishes that we enjoyed were the Truffle Koulouri & Egg and the Dakos Toast!!! 😋😋😋 + we can’t forget about the espresso martini!
