The last time we were cooking at @ostudioatnight it was the weekend before the entire world shut down. We fed a sold out room of hungry guests with no idea of what was coming. A few days later the quarantine was announced. The pandemic has shifted so much about the work we do. For the last two years its meant that we made a full-time shift to cooking outdoors, in nature.
